    You should register an account for yourself. Once logged in there is an option to book an appointment on behalf of somebody else.

    My appointment is marked as pending.
    Some clinics require appointments to be approved before you can attend. If an appointment is marked as pending please check back later to see if it has been approved. Note: Some clinics are automatically pre-approved and will display the approved marker immediately.
